A warm welcome to the Rockingham Primary school website.
Thank you for taking the time to look at our website and find out more about our amazing school.
Rockingham Primary is proud to be part of the David Ross Education Trust. We broaden the horizons of our young people by providing them with a world-class education. We focus on academic excellence and provide a quality all-round education so that our children have the chance to discover their talents and try new things. We ensure our pupils have access to life-changing experiences that develop their confidence and skills that will stay with them for life. Some of our students have performed Shakespeare at the Derngate theatre whilst others have performed in a creative dance festival at The Cube. Many have participated in the Summer Cup with Olympic athletes and this year our 'Rockingham Voices Choir' performed at the opening of the Neville Holt Opera House. These are just a small selection of the exciting opportunities we offer to our students.
We have high expectations of all our children and encourage everyone in our community to be the best they can be (both in and outside the classroom).
Our Trust values form the foundations of our approach to learning. At Rockingham Primary we value:
ASPIRATION - We aim high and believe we can all achieve the best
AMBITION - We are the best we can be
COURAGE - Nothing holds us back
RESPECT - We always lead by example
Our dedicated team of staff all work hard to make sure that each child’s experience at Rockingham Primary is happy, successful and memorable.
If you would like to visit the school or require any further information about Rockingham Primary, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can arrange a tour for you.
